Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and despatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
How We Send Your Order
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. DMC threads are lightweight so most orders arrive quickly and safely through the standard post. You'll receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once despatched, most UK orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Whilst we aim for the lower end of this, delivery is subject to Royal Mail's network and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions. Items not collected within the holding period may be returned to us — if this happens, please contact us and we will arrange redelivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your despatch confirmation, please contact us and we will look into it. We will offer a replacement or full refund for any confirmed lost parcels.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error after ordering, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to correct it before despatch.
