Not happy? Just get in touch first.
Before starting any return, please contact us. Most issues with threads — whether it's a colour question, a wrong shade, or anything else — are much quicker and easier to sort out with a quick message. We're a small business and we genuinely want you to be happy with your order.
Contact UsReturning an Item
If after contacting us you do need to return an item, please send us a message via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that have been used or are not in a resaleable condition.
Return Postage
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Given the low value of individual threads, we'd always encourage you to contact us first as it's often faster and simpler to resolve things without needing to post anything back.
We recommend using a stamped, secure envelope if returning a small number of threads. We cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Something Not Right?
If there's any issue with your order — a missing item, something that doesn't look right, or anything at all — please just contact us. We'll look into it and do our best to find the fairest resolution. We handle every case individually and we're always happy to help.
